Continuous Improvement & LEAN

• We offer a flexible approach to Continuous Improvement (CI) training based on the Toyota Production System methodology, used by many different organisations around the world.
• We have a full two week Green Belt training syllabus. This will enable your team to evaluate existing process flows and have a good overall understanding of the processes from start to finish. Gaps are identified, prioritized and addressed.

• If two weeks sounds like a difficult time commitment we also offer short courses targeted at specific problem areas. These can be used to identify root causes and take targeted actions. Hatton also offer ongoing mentoring and project support to help the teams achieve project success. 

• Central to continuous improvement initiative is management team support. For CI to be
  successful over the long term, the management team need to be supportive and champion
  the CI process. Hatton can help the leadership team prepare themselves to support and coach their teams throughout the CI journey.
