Simon Griffiths has worked in the earthmoving business for 29 years. Firstly with a UK based dealership and then with Caterpillar, based in the UK, Geneva and Dubai. Living and working in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Simon’s experience of working with different operational situations from developed markets to dealers with emerging operational requirements.
Simon spent a number of years working with dealers to develop mining operations in Africa and the Middle East. Whilst often working in product support, it is all types of process development that has been Simon’s focus, working in both in sales support roles and customer support.
Simon’s passion is process improvement and he has been working with and teaching dealers the 6 Sigma / LEAN continuous improvement process for many years. Coupling theory with a sound pragmatic approach to project implementation, we can help you drive improvement results quickly.
